COBB Austell council appoints new municipal judge The Austell City Council this week appointed Cobb State Court Judge David Darden as the city’s new Municipal Court judge to replace former Cobb Superior Court Chief Judge Ken Nix who retired last November following in investigation by the Judicial Qualification Commission.
